• We try to display our products, colors, and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be exact.

• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold, and to discontinue any product at any time.
• All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other payment providers available at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• We may correct pricing errors at any time. If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

• When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order; we accept your order when we dispatch the products.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.
• If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility.

6. Refunds and Replacements

Any product that arrives with a defect, or develops a defect under normal use, will be replaced free of charge. To make a claim, email astrolight@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. 7. Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at astrolight@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
